Job Description:
1.To reach the Sales/Margin/Stock Management/P&L control/People development   target
2.To improve customer service and develop management team
3.Leading the Retail/Trade/DC team reach the target with the help of HO/region
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.To fulfill the annual operation targets(Sales/Margin/Stock management/P&L control/People development) cooperating   with store/Trade/DC management.  
2.To propose solutions to increase sales and margin based on market, competition and customer needs
3.Share the good experience within the district and help the backward store to fulfill the target.
4.Agree sales actions with Region and HO and implement them to achieve targeted results and control discounting   level in every store
5.Drive Sales by ensuring compliance to promotional event pack, best sellers, KVI 300 and merchandising principle   including add on and own brand
6.To push attractive marketing activities (Outdoor or parking activities, in store demonstration, Residence block   promotion, try before you buy and other club or education activities) to stimulate the increase of sales
7.Analyze and set reasonable stock value for each store in the district, ensure maximum stock availability for   customers by maximizing stock levels, monitor accurate Gap counting, drive Stock turn, handle RTV and slow moving   SKU at company target
8.Pay close attention to the change of outside market and reflect timely
9.Responsible for store P&L under the District incl. staff costs, marketing, consumable
10.Cooperate with decoration center ;Develop trade and residence block project
11.Provide exceptional customer service, follow up customer complaints and give them satisfied answers
12.Follow up the results from mystery shoppers and take timely action plan to improve the weak points
13.Implement HO trial or study the feasibility of new service items
14.To be responsible for store management level recruiting, training, performance appraisal, management development     review and ensure all the stores effective deployment
15.Keep smooth relations with government
16.Ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager
