Like our clients, we are committed to finding the ideal candidates for the required position. We conduct extensive searches by using our own talent pool, database and other sources. We do not shop candidates' bios or CV's. Our professional consultants adhere to a strict code of ethics for both clients and candidates. Together with our clients we determine search parameters including those sources considered off-limits for a particular assignment. We keep information in the strictest confidence and do not divulge anything without proper consent.
