1.Product Inspections and Follow-up
 
Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide advice and solutions on
technical issues (e.g. construction of products / materials) considering the features and limitations of products and materials 
 
Common activities include:  
a.Create inspection schedules for QA team  
b.Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color,
  measurements, labels and overall quality  
c.Work with merchandisers and factories to solve production and quality problems  
d.Investigate reasons for product rejection  
 

2.  Team Management  
 
Assist in managing a team of QA inspectors to provide QA inspection services 
 
Common activities include:  
a.Set QA standards and processes  
b.Supervise and delegate work to subordinates  
c.Provide solutions to problems encountered by subordinates

3.  Production Control
 
Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the
manufacturing process
 
Common activities include:  
a. Communicate customers!ˉ reqirements to factories  
b. Check if materials used for mass production are of acceptable quality  
c. Provide advice on feasibility of customers!ˉ proposed requirements and 

   suitability for mass production  
b. Anticipate problems / defects that may arise in the manufacturing process
