Job Description:
Manage the region by implementing operation plans, sales plans and the local strategies in line with national plans; lead the regional teams and store teams to deliver agreed Sales and Profitability targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Ensure that company plans and budgets are met within the region
2.Decide, implement and track business performance against contribution targets
3.Communicate with the centre and facilitate Local/national communication
4.Shape the regional strategy with national strategy
5.Develop regional teams with specific emphasize on Store managers to ensure 

   maximum productivity
6.Control budgeted P&L and headcount targets within the region
7.Drive change management programs within the region to ensure maximum

  profitability
? 8.Keep good relationship with local/provincial government and third party service partners.
